Thousands of people in Syria who've been displaced by violence are taking shelter in informal camps in Idlib governorate. With little assistance, they are trying to survive with extremely limited access to water, sanitation, food, and shelter. These kinds of conditions create a critical need for medical care, so MSF is providing mobile medical clinics inside the camps.
